Independent Living Loan Agreement Flats
One, Two and Three bedrooms
Are you retired, out and about, doing things in your own time, but don’t want to stay in a house by yourself?
Here at PlumRus, we offer suitable accommodation for the independent elderly person. Or couple in a safe, happy, homely environment with abundant friends and basic care when or if needed.
What is an Independent Living Agreement flat?
Independent living flats can be “bought” through a loan agreement. In this loan agreement, the resident will make a loan to Goeie Hoop Behuisings Maatskappy. This will be used to provide the resident with the opportunity to access secure housing and a wide range of services and care. The reduced monthly levy will still be applicable. Should a resident pas’s on or move out, the full amount of the loan agreement will be paid back to the resident’s estate or bank account.
